For those looking beyond wine, we offer a curated mezcal service that celebrates craftsmanship and tradition, alongside a small but thoughtful cocktail program created by the talented Miles Beverage Team. Every drink is designed with the same philosophy that guides our wine list: quality, balance, and hospitality.

Our kitchen takes inspiration from Chile, blending bold flavors with seasonal ingredients and simple, honest cooking. Many of our signature dishes begin with the incredible bread baked fresh in-house by Tío Fernando, whose loaves have become a cornerstone of the Condor experience.
